Whatever that means

Woodensday. The day when the wood came. Later than expect. I’d set an alarm and everything and got up at 8am even after watching Dexter on Netflix until late o’clock. Still, it arrived although the neighbourhood boys on bikes were disappointed at the pathetic load after the delivery guy had gone to all the trouble of putting out his stabilisers and getting his big Palfinger lifty thing out.

Now it’s all roughly cut to length and distributed around the house. I’ll leave it a week or so to get acclimatised and then it’ll get cut properly and fixed. Fun.

Some of the wood was for more raised beds in the garden so that got cut and a bit started before the rain came on. And then the bits I old window were getting in the way so I set fire to them. Nice to stand around in the rain with a big fire going.
