Whatever that means

With Mandy headed off to Aberdeen for a night on the granite tiles with some old university mates and Ewan off at a birthday party, Ellen and I had to decide how to amuse ourselves. She opted for stampers – linocuts to give them their proper name, although I quite like stampers. She drew it, traced it and then reversed it onto the lino with carbon paper. I did the cutting with the sort of directorial input that would make Hitchcock blush. No improvisation in this show.\r\n\r\nShe lacks the pressure for the printing but with a little weight from me we got one good print from four attempts. \r\n\r\nIn other news, since I was hanging around the house, it made sense to bottle some beer. Another 50 bottles of hoppy tastiness.
