Whatever that means

Aye. Shoulder’s fine apart from a little bit of grumbling when asked to do sideways things like cuffing children round the ear and suchlike so after a few little runs over the weekend it was back to the commute today. Good to catch up with TFP and have a wee trundle into the office. To add insult to the increased probability of injury, it was, of course, the first day back after the holiday so it was up at 6am for the cycling. Double joy.

Still, it seemed like a good idea, since it was Monday and the run in didn’t kill me, to add the evening run with Greg back into the routine. Exactly 15 miles in almost exactly 1 hour (and 15 seconds) wasn’t too shabby considering it’s been six weeks off. I’ll suffer for it tomorrow no doubt.
