Whatever that means

And now she is eight

And pointing sharps knives at her old man. The cheek of it.


Actually, we’re a day early. Her birthday is really tomorrow but since that’s a Monday and everyone has work and school it seemed like a better idea to let her have her stuff today so that she could loaf around on the sofa in her Grandad pyjamas playing with her new 3DS, wearing her new socks etc etc. And then make soap after brunch. She’s off at the cinema with some pals just now so I’ve been in the brew shed freezing my fingers off putting beer in bottles. Now that I’ve finished playing Sniper Elite on Ewan’s Xbox I think a wee snooze is needed.
